Breakfast Apple Juice Recipe

Apple Juice
Ingredients:
Apples – 1, medium, peeled, cut into small pieces
Carrot – 2, peeled, diced
Ginger – a small piece, peeled, chopped
Honey – 2 tblsp
Mineral Water (or regular cold water) – as required

Method:
1. Add the apples, carrot and ginger to a blender.
2. Add mineral water and blend till smooth.
3. Strain into a serving glass.
4. Add honey and mix well.
5. Serve chilled.

Tip: If desired, add small pieces of apple and serve.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
