Chicken Broth Recipe

Homemade Chicken Broth
Chicken – 1, washed, chopped, skin removed
Onion – 1, sliced
Tomato – 1, sliced
Cinnamon – 1 one inch piece
Ginger – 1 small piece, finely sliced
Black Peppercorns – 8
Coriander Seeds – 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped, for garnish

1.  Pour 8 cups of water in a large pan and place over moderate flame.
2. Add all the other ingredients and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and simmer till the water is reduced to 6 cups.
4. Strain the liquid and add salt.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
6. Serve.
