Carrot and Walnut Salad


Carrot and Walnut Salad
Carrots – 6, large, peeled, grated
Walnuts – 1/2 cup, shelled
Cinnamon Powder – 1 tsp
Zest and Juice of 2 Oranges
Sugar – 2 tsp

1. In a bowl, mix the carrot, orange juice, sugar, cinnamon and orange zest.
2. Toss well to mix.
3. Place the bowl in a fridge for a few hours.
4. Garnish with walnuts.
5. Serve.
