A simple and delicious noodles dish ideal for lunch or dinner.
Ingredients:
Noodles – 1/2 cup, cooked
Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
Carrot – 1/2 cup, grated
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tblsp
Chilli Paste – 1/2 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped
Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt – as per taste
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan over moderate flame.
2 Add the onions, carrot, ginger garlic paste, salt and chilli paste.
3. Stir to mix well.
4. Add the noodles and mix well to combine all ingredients.
5. Garnish with coriander leaves.
6. Serve warm.
