Peas Fried Rice

Peas Pulao - Peas Fried Rice
Basmati Rice – 1 cup, cooked
Green Peas – 1/2 cup, boiled
Ginger – 1 tsp, finely chopped
Garlic – 5 cloves
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Onion – 1, sliced lengthwise
Soy Sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato Sauce – 1/2 tsp
Butter – 1 tblsp
Spring Onions – handful, chopped
Salt as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Add ginger, garlic, onion and tomatoes.
3. Stir-fry for a minute or two.
4. Add the peas, soy sauce and tomato sauce.
5. Season with salt.
6. Stir.
7. Add the rice and mix well.
8. Garnish with spring onions.
9. Remove and transfer to a serving plate.
10. Serve hot.
