Fruit Curd Rice - Fruit Curd Rice
Ingredients:
Rice – 250 gms, cooked, mashed well
Plain Curd – 100 gms
Grapes – 20 (10 green + 10 black)
Pomegranate Seeds – 1 cup
Carrot – 4 tsp, grated
Butter – 1 tsp
Milk – 300 ml
Cashewnuts – 10, fried
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Combine the milk, curd, butter and salt with the cooked rice.
2. Add the grapes, pomegranate and carrot.
3. Mix well.
4. Garnish with cashewnuts.
5. Serve.

Tip: You can also add mangoes, cucumber as well.
