Bhindi (Lady’s Finger) – 250 gms, washed, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
Bengal Gram Flour – 4 tsp
Rice Flour – 4 tsp
Corn Flour – 1/4 tsp
Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Oil – 250 ml
Salt as per taste
1. Combine the gram flour, rice flour, corn flour, chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
2. Add the bhindi pieces and mix well.
3. Heat oil in a pan.
4. Add the bhindi pieces and fry till crisp.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve hot.
