Ingredients:
Fine Bombay Rava – 2 cups
Carrot – 1 cup, grated
Coconut – 1 cup, grated
Sugar – 2 cups
Ghee – 2 tblsp
Cardamom Powder – little
Method:
1. Dry roast the rava in a pan till golden brown.
2. Add all the other ingredients and using little warm water mix well.
3. Once it starts to reduce remove from heat.
4. Make small balls (or any other shape) of the mixture and keep aside to cool.
5. Serve.

This was very easy and nice. Only I found the sugar rather less. so I added half cup extra.
