Green Thokku Recipe

coriander leaves
Mango – 1 cup, sliced
Coriander Leaves – 1 1/2 cups
Green Chillies – 10
Oil – 4 tsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/4 tsp
Asafoetida Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste

1. Grind the mango slices, green chillies and coriander leaves together till smooth.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds and asafoetida powder for 15 to 20 seconds anda dd the ground paste.
4. Add salt and mix well.
5. Cook for 5 to 10 minutes and stir once more.
6. Remove and serve with rice.
