Ingredients:
Blueberries – 1/2 cup, frozen
Strawberries – 1/2 cup, frozen
Soy Milk – 1/2 cup, unsweetened
Honey as per taste
Frozen or Plain Yogurt – 1/2 cup (optional)
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Add a little water if desired.
3. Transfer to serving glasses and serve chill.
