Cashewnuts – 50 gms, broken
Maida – 150 gms
Rice Flour – 1 tblsp
Baking Soda – a small pinch
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil as required
1. Mix cashewnuts, maida, rice flour, baking soda, chilli powder and salt with a little water.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Gently drop the cashews in the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
4. Ensure the cashews do not stick together while dropping into the oil.
5. Remove and drain excess oil.
6. Serve as a snack.
