Bread Curd Roll


Bread Curd Roll
Bread – 1 1/4 cup, crushed, mashed
Curd – 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves – 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1/2 tsp
Coriander Leaves – 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/4 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp, mixed with 1 tsp water
Jeera Powder – 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Oil to deep fry

1. In a bowl, combine the bread and curd.
2. Add mint leaves, ginger garlic paste, jeera powder, coriander leaves and salt.
3. Mix well to make a smooth dough.
4. Keep aside for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Pinch small balls and shape them into desired shapes (round, squares or rectangles).
6. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the balls till golden brown.
7. Remove and drain excess oil.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or green chutney.
