Ingredients:
Raw Green Papaya – 1 cup, shredded
Garlic – 4 cloves, crushed
Lime Juice – 1 tblsp
Brown Sugar – 2 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Tomato – 1, chopped
Salt as per taste
Roasted Peanuts – 1/2 cup, crushed
Green Chillies – 1 to 2, finely chopped
Method:
1. Mix the green chillies and garlic in a bowl.
2. Crush them into a paste.
3. Mix lime juice, brown sugar and soy sauce in a bowl.
4. Slowly add this to the crushed garlic-chilli paste and mix until well combined.
5. Pour this over the shredded papaya and gently mix.
6. Add chopped tomato and peanuts.
7. Mix well and keep in the fridge for 30 to 60 minutes.
8. Remove and serve chilled.
