Peanut Jaggery Laddu

Shelled Peanuts - Peanut Jaggery Laddu

Ingredients:
Peanuts – 1 cup, dry roasted, skin removed
Jaggery – 1 cup, powdered

Method:
1. Grind the peanuts in a mixer.
2. Add the powdered jaggery and grind to a fine powder.
3. With lightly oiled/buttered fingers make balls of this mixture.
4. Store in an airtight container.

This is served during festivals.
