Honey Balls

Almonds - Honey Balls
Almonds – 10
Cashew Nuts – 10
Ground Nuts – 10
Dates – 10, seedless, chopped
Honey – 2 tsp

1. Dry roast the almonds, cashews and ground nuts separately in a pan.
2. Mix all together in a bowl along with dates.
3. Grind them together in a mixie.
4. Add honey and mix well.
5. Shape into small balls and serve at once.

This is typically made during festive times especially during Navratri or Diwali.
