Mince Cutlets

Mince Cutlets

Ingredients:
Mutton Mince – 225 gms
Onions – 1 to 2, minced
Green Chilli – 1, minced
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, minced
Vinegar – 1/2 tblsp
Garlic – 3 cloves, minced
Coriander Leaves – handful, minced
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Egg – 1/2
Bread Slices – 2, soaked in milk, drained
Salt as per taste
Breadcrumbs
Oil

Method:
1. Mix the minced onions, green chilli, ginger, garlic and coriander leaves in a bowl.
2. Add the minced meat to the bowl.
3. Add salt, pepper powder, egg and soaked bread.
4. Mix well.
5. Add vinegar and shape the mixture into small cutlet shape.
6. Roll the cutlets in the breadcrumbs and shallow fry in oil.
7. Remove and drain excess oil.
8. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of choice.

Your recipe is great. Today I made potatoes and beans for dinner. It’s delicious. Thank you for that. I will try to make them even with the addition of powdered paprika, I heard that they taste great too.
