Ingredients:
Plain Yogurt – 300 ml
Onion – 1/2, coarsely chopped
Garlic – 1 clove, chopped
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Green Chilli – 1, roughly chopped
Garam Masala – 1 to 1 1/2 tsp

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
2. Blend in a mixer until smooth.
3. Strain the paste through a coarse sieve pushing through as much liquid as possible.
4. Store in an air tight container and use as required.
