Green Chilli and Coriander Paste Recipe

Coriander Leaves
Green Chillies – 30, chopped
Coriander Leaves – 3 to 4 bunches, washed, chopped
Olive Oil – 2 tblsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Lemon Juice – 4 tblsp
Sugar – 3 tsp

1. Blend all the ingredients in a mixer to a smooth paste.
2. Remove and store in an airtight container.
3. Use as required.
4. Stays good for upto 6 weeks.
