Spicy Fruit Salad Recipe

Asian style Spicy Fruit Salad
Cucumber – 1, thinly sliced
Papaya – 1 cup, cubed, firm and ripe
Apple – 1, sliced
Pineapple – 6 slices, cubed
Green Pear – 1, cubed

For the sauce:
Peanuts – 3 tblsp, dry roasted
Red Chillies – 1, sliced, seeded
Brown Sugar – 1/2 cup
Tamarind Extract – 1/2 cup

1. Blend all the sauce ingredients in a mixer to a paste.
2. Combine all the fruits and transfer to a serving platter.
3. Serve the fruit and sauce together at room temperature.
