Ingredients:
Red Cabbage Leaves – 2 cups, cut into squares
Green Apple – 1, cored, sliced into thin half-moons
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Mustard Paste – 1 1/2 tsp
Vegetable Oil – 4 tsp (or 2 to 3 tsp Olive Oil)
Sugar – 2 tblsp
Water – 1/4 cup
Red Wine Vinegar – 5 tblsp
Spring Onions – 1/2 cup, chopped
Method:
1. Mix the vinegar, water, sugar, oil, mustard, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Add the cabbage, apple and spring onions.
3. Toss well to combine.
4. Serve.
