White grape juice concentrate is easy to find and keeps for weeks in your refrigerator, making this the perfect drink to whip up for unexpected company.
Ingredients:
2 cups ice
2 ounces gin
3 ounces white grape juice concentrate, thawed
2 ounces pear nectar
Juice of 1 lime
Method:
1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender.
2. Cover and pulse on and off until the mixture starts to swirl evenly.
3. Blend on high for 20 seconds, or until the drink is completely smooth.
Variations
Absolute Grape Gatsby Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces currant vodka before blending.
Greek Grape Gatsby Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces ouzo before blending.
Sicilian Grape Gatsby Omit the gin. Add 2 ounces grappa before blending.
