Drumsticks – 5, peel, cut into medium size pieces
Oil – 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Fry the mustard seeds till they splutter.
3. Add the drumsticks along with red chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt.
4. Cover pan and cook for 5 to 7 minutes over low heat.
5. Remove the lid and stir-fry till dry.
6. Serve hot.
