Stir-Fried Cauliflower Recipe

Stir-Fried Cauliflower
Cauliflower Florets – 125 gms, washed
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Salt – 1 tsp or as per taste
Oil – 3/4 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 2, slit
Curry Leaves – handful
Coriander Leaves – few

1. Heat 1 1/2 to 2 cups of water in a pan.
2. Add turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
3. Bring to a boil and remove pan from heat.
4. Soak the cauliflower florets for 5 minutes.
5. Drain and dry.
6. Heat oil in a pan.
7. Fry the mustard seeds and when they start to splutter, add green chillies, curry leaves and 1/2 tsp salt.
8. Cook for 2 minutes and add cauliflower.
9. Stir-fry till dry.
10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
11. Remove and serve.
