Beans Mezhukkupuratti
Ingredients:
Long Beans – 500 gms, cut into small pieces
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Green Chillies – 3 to 4
Coconut Oil – 3 to 4 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – few
Curry Leaves – handful
Salt as per taste

Method:
1. Half cook the beans with turmeric powder and salt.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Fry the mustard seeds and curry leaves till it starts to splutter.
4. Add the half cooked long beans and green chillies.
5. Simmer until dry.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Serve hot with plain rice and sambar.
