  • 250 g Paneer grated

  • 10 Almonds crushed

  • 1 medium Onion sliced and ground
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger Paste
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic Paste
  • 1/8 cup Curd
  • 1/8 tsp Tomato Puree
  • Oil for frying
  • 1 Black Cardamom
  • Salt to taste

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • In a bowl, mix paneer, cornflour, salt, and red chili powder. Form the mixture into balls, incorporating crushed almonds.
