Ingredients:
Mango – 2 cups, diced
Kiwi – 1 cup, sliced
Pineapple – 1 cup, diced
Lemon Juice – 1/4 cup
Mint Leaves – 4
Maple Syrup – 1/4 cup
Method:
1. Mix the mango, kiwi and pineapple in a bowl.
2. Combine the maple syrup and lime juice in a pan.
3. Bring to a boil over high heat.
4. Remove and keep aside to cool.
5. Pour this syrup over the fruits.
6. Garnish with mint leaves.
7. Serve at once.
