Roasted Fruit Kebabs


Fruit Kebabs
Apples – 2, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch pieces
Pears – 2, peeled, cored and cut into 1 inch pieces
Strawberries – 2 cups
Orange – 1, peeled and sectioned
Grapes – handful
Bamboo Skewers – 12

1. Soak the bamboo skewers in water for 30 minutes.
2. Thread 5 to 6 pieces of fruit onto each skewer.
3. Lightly coat the grill with oil.
4. Grill the fruit kebabs, rotating every few minutes to prevent sticking, until lightly brown.
5. Remove and keep aside to cool.
6. Serve with a dip of choice or with ketchup.
