Garlic Sauteed Spinach Recipe

Spinach – 7 to 8 cups
Garlic – 2 cloves, crushed
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Sea Salt – 4 tsp
Black Pepper powder as per taste

1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Saute the crushed garlic for a minute.
3. Add the spinach leaves, cover and steam cook for 3 minutes.
4. Remove and transfer to a serving bowl.
5. season with salt and pepper.
6. Serve.

    You can use standard Britannia cheese that you get in the super market.
