Garlic Roasted Cauliflower Recipe

Garlic Roasted Cauliflower
Cauliflower – 1, medium, cut into bite sized pieces
Canola Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic Clove – 1, crushed
Sea Salt – 1/4 tsp
Black Pepper – as per taste, ground

1. Mix cauliflower, oil, garlic, salt and pepper in a bowl.
2. Spread on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 375F/190C for 25 minutes.
3. Remove when the edges begin to brown and cauliflower is tender and crispy.
4. Serve as a snack.
