Rosemary Mustard Chicken
Chicken Breasts – 125 gms, boneless, skinless
Dijon Mustard – 1/2 cup
Lemon Juice – 1/3 cup
Honey – 2 tsp
Rosemary – 2 tblsp, fresh,chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
Black Pepper – 1/4 tsp
Zest of 1 Lemon

1. Mix the mustard, lemon juice, honey, rosemary, pepper and lemon zest in a shallow baking dish.
2. Add the chicken breasts and cover with clingfilm. Keep it in the fridge.
3. Marinate for 20 to 30 minutes.
4. Transfer the chicken to a preheated medium grill and cook for 8 minutes on each side, turning every 4 minutes.
5. Remove and serve hot.
