Palak Methi na Muthia
Fenugreek (Methi) Leaves – 1 bunch
Spinach Leaves – 2 bunches, chopped
Garlic – 2 cloves, chopped finely or minced
Green Chilli and Ginger Paste – 3 tsp
Besan Flour – 4 tblsp
Wheat Flour – 6 to 8 tblsp
Coriander Leaves – 4 tblsp, chopped
Paneer – 4 to 5 tblsp, grated
Tomato – 1, finely chopped
Cumin Seeds – 1 tsp
Fresh Cream – 3 tblsp
Soda Bicarbonate – 1/2 tsp
Rawa – 3 to 4 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Oil – 5 to 6 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Add the spinach and methi leaves to a bowl.
2. Add 1 to 2 tsp of salt and mmix well.
3. Squeeze the leaves well and drain out any liquid in the bowl.
4. Add all the other ingredients, except tomatoes and paneer, to a bowl.
5. Use enough water to knead into a soft dough.
6. Make small balls or bite-sized portions of the dough.
7. Steam cook them for 15 to 20 minutes.
8. Garnish with paneer and tomatoes.
9. Serve hot with green chutney.
