Cucumber Cutlet


Cucumber – 1 cup, grated, skin removed
Besan Flour – 2 tblsp
Garlic – 1 tsp, crushed
Red Chilli Powder – 1 tsp or as per taste
Hung Curd – 2 tblsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste

1. Mix all the ingredients and divide into portions.
2. Shape each into a round patti.
3. Deep fry in oil on both sides till brown and crispy.
4. Serve hot with ketchup or chutney of choice.
