Ingredients:
Tofu – 500 gms, cubed
Dried Mushrooms – 6, soaked for 20 minutes
Water – 2 cups
Soya Sauce – 1 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder – 1/4 tsp
Method:
1. Place a medium frying pan over medium heat.
2. Add the tofu cubes and mushrooms.
3. Cook for 30 minutes.
4. When cooked, add the soya sauce and black pepper powder.
5. Mix well.
6. Transfer to a serving dish.
7. Serve with rice or as a snack.
