Steamed Asparagus

Steamed Asparagus
Asparagus – 450 gms, washed and trimmed
Water – 1 cup
Olive Oil – 1 tblsp
Garlic – 1 clove, crushed

1. Bring the water to a boil.
2. Add the asparagus and cover the pan.
3. Steam cook it till tender.
4. Drain the asparagus.
5. Add olive oil and mix well.
6. Garnish with the crushed garlic and serve.
