Ingredients:
Beetroots – 3 to 4, sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
Butter – 2 tblsp, melted
Lemon Juice – 2 tblsp
Coriander Powder – 1 tblsp

Method:
1. Place the beetroots in a bowl and pressure/steam cook for 20 minutes.
2. Remove and mash the beetroots.
3. Add melted butter and lemon juice.
4. Add the coriander powder.
5. Serve as a snack or as a salad.
