Mushroom and Peas

Mushrooms – 250 gms, sliced
Green Peas – 3 to 4 cups, steam cooked
Butter – 5 to 6 tblsp
Cumin Seeds – 2 tsp
Salt – 2 tsp or as per taste
Cumin Powder – 4 tsp
Black Pepper Powder – 3 tsp

1. Heat butter in a pan.
2. Fry the cumin seeds for 45 seconds and add the sliced mushrooms.
3. Suate till tender.
4. Add salt, cumin, black pepper and mix well.
5. Add the cooked peas and stir well.
6. Cook till it is done.
7. Remove and serve hot as a side dish to rice or noodles.
