Fried Tomatoes and Eggs


Tomatoes – 3, quartered
Eggs – 3
Oil – 3 tblsp
Black Pepper Powder as per taste
Salt as per taste
Green Chillies – 1 to 2, chopped
Coriander Leaves – handful, chopped

1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the quartered tomatoes.
3. Add pepper powder and salt.
4. Add the green chillies.
5. Stir-fry for 3 to 4 minutes and move it one side of the pan.
6. In the same pan break the eggs and fry.
7. Add salt and pepper to the eggs.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
9. Serve with bread.
