Ingredients:
Brinjal – 1, medium, washed and cut into thin rounds
Vegetable Oil – 1/2 tblsp
Breadcrumbs – 1 1/2 tblsp
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper Powder – 1/2 tsp
Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan.
2. Coat each brinjal slice with the breadcrumbs.
3. Fry lightly over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes or till brown on both sides.
4. Sprinkle salt and black pepper on top.
5. Serve hot.
