Stir-fried Water Spinach

Ingredients:
Oil – 2 tblsp
Garlic Cloves – 3, peeled, crushed
Red Chilli – 1, long, thinly sliced
Fermented Bean Sauce – 1 tblsp, salted
Water Spinach – 350 gms, washed and torn
Sugar – 2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 1 tblsp
Fish Sauce – 2 tsp

Method:
1. Heat oil in a pan till hot.
2. Stir-fry the garlic cloves for a minute.
3. Add the red chilli and bean sauce.
4. Stir-fry until mixed well.
5. Add the spinach, sugar, soy sauce and fish sauce.
6. Cook the spinach for 2 to 3 minutes.
7. Transfer to a serving plate.
8. Serve hot.
