Breakfast Shake


Bananas – 2, medium, ripe, peeled and sliced
Skimmed Milk – 1 1/4 cups
Peaches or Frozen Berries – 1 cup
Paneer – 1/2 cup, cubed
Ice Cubes – 5
Strawberries for garnishing

1. Wrap the banana slices in a foil and keep them in a freezer overnight.
2. Mix the bananas, milk, peaches and paneer.
3. Blend in a blender till smooth.
4. Add ice cubes and blend again.
5. Serve immediately with strawberries on top or keep it in the fridge until ready to serve.
