Nutmeg Milk

Ingredients:
Milk – 1 cup
Nutmeg – 1/2 tsp, powdered

Method:
1. Bring the milk to a boil.
2. Reduce heat and add the nutmeg powder.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Remove and strain.
5. Serve hot.

This is a good remedy to relieve children from stress during exams or sleeping disorders.
