Ingredients:
Dates – 6, pitted
Milk – 1 1/2 cups
Vanilla Essence – 1/2 tsp
Coconut – 1/2 cup, shredded, unsweetened

Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients and blend in a blender till smooth.
2. Serve immediately.

Date Shake is an excellent digestive drink that can be given to kids for healthy appetite as it helps in digestibility.
