Sweet and Spicy Pickled Vegetables

Ingredients:
White Vinegar – 250 ml
Sugar – 100 gms
Small Green Chillies – 5
Small Onions – 5, sliced
Cauliflower – 2 tblsp, finely sliced
Baby Corn – 2 tblsp, finely sliced
Baby Cucumber – 2 tblsp, sliced
Ginger – 1 tblsp, grated

Method:
1. Heat a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the vinegar and sugar.
3. Bring to a boil and keep aside to cool.
4. Add all the vegetables.
5. Mix well and set aside.
6. Serve as an accompaniment.
