Bananas in Coconut Milk

Ingredients:
Coconut Milk – 500 ml, thin
Sugar – 100 gms
Salt – 1/4 tsp
Ripe Bananas – 4, large, cut into slices

Method:
1. Mix the coconut milk, sugar and salt in a pan.
2. Bring to a boil over low heat.
3. Keep stirring from time to time to prevent the coconut milk from separating.
4. Add the sliced bananas.
5. Cook over low heat for 5 minutes.
6. Remove and serve hot or cold as a dessert.
