Ingredients:
Small Onions – 3, finely sliced
Dried Chilli Flakes – 1 1/2 tsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tblsp
Lime Juice – 2 tblsp
Sugar – 2 tblsp
Water – 1 tblsp
Method:
1. In a small pan add all the ingredients and bring to a boil over medium heat.
2. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Simmer till sauce begins to thicken.
4. Remove from heat and serve as a dipping sauce.
Note: You can substitute soy sauce with fish sauce if desired.
