Ingredients:
Garlic – 3 cloves, crushed
Green Chilllies – 3, large, slit, deseeded and chopped
Coriander Roots – 3, scraped clean
Small Onions – 3, chopped
Palm Sugar – 2 tblsp, shaved
Lime Juice – 3 tblsp
Soy Sauce – 2 tblsp
Method:
1. Grind the garlic, chopped green chillies, coriander roots and small onions.
2. Add the palm sugar, lime juice and soy sauce.
3. Mix well.
4. Use as required.
