Doodhi – 1 cup, grated
Full Cream Milk – 4 cups
Sugar – 1/4 cup
Cardamom Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Cake Fruit
1. Boil the grated doodhi and the milk in a heavy-bottomed pan.
2. Boil till the mixture is semi-dry.
3. Add sugar and continue to cook till dry enough to make ladoos.
4. Sprinkle cardamom powder on top.
5. Take small portions and form into ladoos.
6. Garnish with the cake fruit.
