Ingredients:
Moong Dal – 1 cup, soaked and mashed into a paste
Lauki (Bottle Gourd) – 1 cup, grated
Onions – 1/4 cup, finely chopped
Green Chillies – 2 tsp, finely chopped
Ginger – 2 tsp, grated
Paneer – 1/4 cup, mashed
Red Chilli Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying
Salt as per taste
Method:
1. Mix all the ingredients except oil.
2. Make small balls and flatten them in your hand.
3. Fry these flattened balls in hot oil till crisp and golden.
4. Remove and drain off excess oil.
5. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
