Crab Mustard Recipe

Crab – 1, big, cleaned and washed
Onion – 1, sliced
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece, scraped
Garlic – 10 cloves
Khus Khus – 1 tblsp
Mustard Seeds – 2 tsp
Oil – 2 tblsp
Bayleaf – 1
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
Water – 1 cup

1. Grind garlic, khuskhus and mustard.
2. Heat oil in a pan.
3. Add bayleaf and ginger and fry for a minute.
4. Add onion slices and fry till translucent.
5. Add the crab and turmeric powder.
6. Fry for 3 to 4 minutes.
7. Add the ground spices and chilli powder.
8. Fry for 2 more minutes.
9. Add water and salt.
10. Cook till done.
11. Serve hot with rice.
