Prawn Mustard

Prawns – 12
Garlic Cloves – 10
Red Chilli Powder – 1/4 tsp
Water – 1 cup
Mustard Seeds – 2 tsp
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 tsp
Oil – 1 tblsp
Salt as per taste

1. Clean and wash the prawns.
2. Grind the mustard seeds and garlic cloves together.
3. Mix all the ingredients together.
4. Heat a non-stick pan over moderate heat.
5. Add oil and cook the mixed prawns till done and the oil starts to float on top.
6. Remove and serve hot.
